Registration

The full registration fee of $462 inc. GST (WIOA Individual Members) or $528 inc. GST (non-members) includes session attendance; satchel; workshop proceedings; morning and afternoon teas; welcome reception; lunch and dinner on both days (including soft drinks, wine and beer).

The single day registration fee of $330 inc. GST (WIOA Individual Members) or $374 inc. GST (non-members) includes session attendance; satchel; workshop proceedings; morning and afternoon tea; lunch and dinner on one day only (including soft drinks, wine and beer).

Partners are welcome to attend lunches and dinners at the price of $33 and $88 inc. GST PP/per day respectively.

Bonus Prize Draw

Ugly Fish Safety Eyewear has generously offered the chance for an employer of Operators to win a $2000 account for safety eyewear. Simply by sending delegates along to the workshop, your organisation will be entered into a prize draw. Each single day or full workshop delegate registered will have their name placed into the draw. The more delegates you send along, the more chances to win. The winner will be drawn and announced at the Thursday dinner. Only Qld councils, water businesses and water authorities are eligible (exhibitors and visitors are not eligible).

Accommodation

Delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation. A list and contact details for motels on the bus route to and from the venue (for the dinners only) is available on the WIOA website - www.wioa.org.au/queensland/2011/index.htm WIOA will update the website to advise when motels are full.

Courtesy Buses

Courtesy buses will operate ONLY for the dinners and will deliver delegates to and from both workshop dinners to the motels listed on the WIOA website.

Trade Display

The Trade Exhibition is now sold out. There are currently 90 companies registered to exhibit at the workshop.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to WIOA. Cancellations prior to and on 18 May 2011 will receive a full refund less a $55 admin fee. Strictly no refunds will be issued for cancellations after 18 May 2011, however WIOA will permit substitution of attendees at any time without charge.
