Tasmanian Government’s SSIT panel contract awarded to Samsung Communications

In 2009, The Tasmanian Government, represented by TMD (a division of the Department of Premier and Cabinet) was seeking to enter into arrangements with a selected number of businesses for the supply of IP telephony infrastructure and/or services for around 400 small sites, across 12 Government Departments in metropolitan, regional and remote locations.

Luther College is a prestigious Melbourne private school, educating boys and girls for over 40 years. When the school’s administration decided to build an ungraded middle school, they noticed the need for upgraded communication systems and telephony connectivity.
